Morghan Lard,
Intern

Counseling Intern

Morghan is a counseling intern who supports clients navigating depression, stress, anxiety, and coping with life’s changes. She has a passion for working with clients of diverse backgrounds, women, and queer populations. Her person-centered approach to counseling allows her to foster a warm and understanding environment in which the client is the expert on their own life. She often utilizes CBT and narrative therapy techniques.


Morghan’s style is earnest, affirming, non-judgmental, and empathetic. With a background in multiculturalism, gender and women’s studies, and intersectionality, she brings an open-minded perspective to counseling.


Morghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies from Kennesaw State University. She is currently enrolled in Agnes Scott College’s Master’s program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a CACREP-accredited program.


She is under the clinical supervision of Courtney Geter, LMFT-S, CST-S.
