
Meditation Sessions
Meditation has been found to help manage everyday life stressors that can lead to many medical conditions including chronic pain, anxiety and depression. From our conversations with clients, we've found that most people don't know enough about meditation in order to fully understand how it benefits mental and physical well being or to create a consistent practice.
To continue to enhance your therapy services, we are now offering individual meditation sessions and group meditation sessions led by our mindfulness focused therapist, Coryn Murphy. Coryn has studied many kinds of meditation in China and Hong Kong including vipassana, Burmese style, shambala, MBSR, meta (loving kindness), chanting, breath and body awareness. She is currently enhancing her studies with the Nalanda Institute. She has been practicing meditation for 15 years.

Our meditation sessions are open to all of our clients as well as our local community members. You may participate in meditation sessions in conjunction with your current therapy services or as a stand alone service. All levels are welcome from those who have never meditated to those with current practices that need additional support.
