Amanda Gleason,
MFT

Sex & Relationship Therapist

Amanda has a particular interest in working with sexual dysfunctions in both men and women. This includes issues of sexual desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, satisfaction, trauma, sexual addiction, or simply when sex is creating tension and stress in a relationship. Amanda also works with clients in various relationship structures including monogamous, kinky, and consensually non-monogamous.

Amanda’s approach to therapy involves guiding the client through exploration of how they make sense of the world around them, their relationships, and their identity. “I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment for my clients to discover more about themselves (or their sexuality) while positively affirming and supporting their most authentic self.”

Amanda earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and completed her internship with ATC. In addition, she holds a Master’s in Psychology and is working toward earning certifications in Sex Coaching as well as Post Psychedelic Integration Sessions. She plans to become EMDR trained to offer additional services for sexual trauma clients in the future.

Amanda is under the clinical direction and supervision of Courtney Geter, LMFTS, CSTS.
