Emma Frazier, LAPC, MA, NCC

Emma provides cultural centered sex therapy for individuals and couples striving to cultivate powerful pleasure centered relationships. Emma’s client are often frustrated, lost, confused and at their breaking point in their sexual relationships. They have shame or guilt regarding some aspect of their sexuality. They question their sexuality, ruminate over whether they are “having sex the right way?” and struggle to connect to their partners and their own bodies. My clients are curious about exploring their sexuality, motivated to heal their trauma and face cultural messages to achieve wellness, pleasure and liberation.

Emma relies on a strong therapuetic relationship in order to cultivate a sex positive envorment where clients are empowered to explore their sexual identities. Emma works to expand limited mindsets and cultural barriers that have told you to be at war with your ideal sexual self.

Emma utilizes an integration of psychodynamic, relational cultural and solution focused modalities in all her therapeutic sessions. As an EMDR trained therapist, Emma helps clients who have experienced trauma reduce re-experiencing and trauma related distress. I welcome clients of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as gender identities and expression, and sexual and affectional orientations. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive, kink and BDSM positive, and poly-friendly.

Emma is a licensed associate counselor in Georgia, a nationally certified counselor, and is EMDR trained through the Personal Transformation Institute. Emma received her Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Communication & Rhetorical Studies. Emma earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Emma is under clinical supervision of Natalie Elliot, LPC, LMFT, CST and under clinical direction of Courtney Geter, LMFT-S, CST.

Emma’s session fee is $150 for a 50 minute session.
