Devon Howard, Intern

Devon (she/her) is an MSW Intern from the University of Georgia with an upcoming graduation date in May 2025! She currently provides low cost therapy to individuals, families and couples.

Devon has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds including mothers, Black women, kids & families, and veterans & first responders. She is particularly interested in helping clients navigate the complex emotional identity shifts and evolving relationship dynamics that can occur during life transitions and hardships. Approaching every client with compassion and a deep understanding of their unique challenges, she strives to help them harness their inner strength to overcome challenges and achieve wellness.

Devon’s core areas of focus include addressing challenges such as depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and life transitions and her work is guided by  integrative, evidence-based approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Relational -Cultural Therapy, Trauma Informed, DBT, and Strengths-Based approaches.
