Ariyanna earned her Master's of Social Work from Kennesaw State University, and she is a licensed master social worker.
She is passionate about working with individuals and couples (including non-traditional relationship structures) who identify as black, a person of color, or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community experiencing challenges related to body image, sexuality, identity development, self-esteem, general anxiety/depression, social anxiety, relationships, and academic concerns. She enjoys helping clients navigate setting boundaries, life transitions, and building better relationships.
She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
She has previous experience in medical social work, case management, and college counseling. She is a certified Body Positive Facilitator, and she is currently working on her 200-hour yoga certification.
Ariyanna's sessions range from $60-$100 per 55-minute session.
